Humans are the only species with the power to self-analyse and improve. Tupac Shakur had once said, “I want to grow. I want to be better. You grow. We all grow. We’re made to grow. You either evolve or you disappear.” Therefore, nobody will ever be perfect.. We’re born with flaws. We develop into flawed individuals. But we also have the power to recognise these flaws and correct them.

How to get rid of double chins
It is the age of selfies and social networking and people often click many pictures and post them everywhere. If you have been finding that a bit of chin protruding is ruining your moment, then you can use these simple exercises and remedies to get rid of that bothersome double chin. Here are some simple ways in which you can answer that nagging question, how to get rid of double chins. The extra layer of fat under our chins is commonly a sign of being overweight. Sagging of skin as we age and loss of elasticity can also lead to this occurring. While surgical procedures are available surely everyone doesn’t enjoy going under the knife. Here’s how you can keep your double chin out of the picture and for good.
One important part of getting rid of double chin is toning your facial muscles. Now there are many simple and fun exercises you can do over time to be rid of this problem. One of these includes chewing gum which is great for keeping the facial muscles elastic and sugar free gum is a good pick for keeping your teeth and gums healthy when you indulge in this. Massages and cocoa butter oil are a good combination to consider. You can lightly warm cocoa butter in the microwave and gently massage this into the skin under your chin using upward strokes. Do this twice a day before your bath and rinse it off with lukewarm water and soap.
An egg white mask is an excellent way to tackle problems with double chin. Containing skin tightening ingredients it is a great way to keep your skin glowing, young and elastic. Mix together a tablespoon of milk, honey, and an egg white and also add a bit of peppermint essential oil. Leave it on your skin for half hour and rinse it off, do this once daily to get the best results.
Another important consideration is regular exercise. You can do regular exercises of the chin to tone your neck, jaw muscles, face and other areas to get rid of the double chin problem. This will relieve stiffness and also will aid in getting rid of the double chin. Keeping spine erect, slowly tilt the head back and look up at the ceiling. Repeat this 5-10 times and do this daily to see a change in the sagging extra chin layer and feel beautiful and confident again in all your pictures.
Another exercise popular for toning up and getting rid of a double chin is called a tongue press. This involves sitting with your back straight and shoulders down, tilt your head down completely and press the tongue back against the roof of your mouth with force and you will feel your neck and front of the chin contract as you do this. Straighten your neck and return to resting position, relaxing your muscles. Complete two sets of 20 repeats each and see the change in your face with regular exercise over a period of weeks.
